URKI-SYSTEM

Presentation       URKI-SYSTEM is the Universal Tinting System created by BERNARDO ECENARRO, S.A. in order to satisfy the following criteria: "Range od Products available" (more than 55), "Range of colours available" (more than 5000), "Availability of product" (inmediately from the Urki-System), "Quantity & Price" (any quantity at an excellent price). Any kind of Thinner Enamel can be manufactured to give an answer to a wide range of customers from different sectors such us: ·Industry ·Automotive ·Commercial Vehicle ·Decoration ·Woodworking ·Protective Coatings ·Etc.

Software       A modern software translated into 10 different languages manage all the Formulas, Prices, Technical Data Sheets, Labels and Weight Adjustments, etc. It can be installed onto most PCs.

Colours   At present time there are more than 12.000 formulated colours, in our COLOR TRUCK Colour chart, from different sectors such as: AUTOMOTIVE, FLEET, AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY, OIL COMPANIES, INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE, as well as other colour charts: PANTONE, RAL, NCS, AFNOR, BRITISH STANDARD, ETC. BERNARDO ECENARRO, S.A. has also created 3 other “Chromate and Lead free” tinters again with the environment in mind.

Paint Mixing   Binders are supplied in both 5 L and 20 L pre-dosed cans so that we only have to dose the Colorants. The dosing of those colorants MANUAL or AUTOMATIC means between a 15 % and a 35 % of the final formula depending on the paint.   Manual       The necessary equipment comprises a MIXER and a Precision SCALE to make the dosing of the different colorants.   Automatic       The Capacities, Precision and Speed of Dosing changes depending on the chosen model. Dosing is made in Volume, in an Automatic way and with a high precision (differences of 0,1 gr.). It is not necessary to manipulate the colorants in order to achieve an extraordinary rapidity in getting the different lots of paints.
