URKIPLAST Structured Paint for Plastics
DESCRIPTION
Flexible paint specially formulated for painting vehicle bumpers. It has a satin textured appearance that imitates the original finishes.
It can be used as an anchorage primer for plastics.
Recoating is possible with 2K single-coat and waterborne bi-coat systems.
A wide variety of textures can be achieved by modifying the application conditions.

We recommend a process with gravity spray gun. Apply 1-2 coats with 5’ interval.
Formulated in the most common colors for painting bumpers, black 9005 and dark grey 7870.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove dirt with soap and water. Once the surface to be painted is dry, degrease it with URKISOL 94 Plastic Cleaner. Must be free of oil stains or tar.

STORAGE
Keep in a tightly covered container, in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Temperature above 5 °C is recommended, between 15 and 30 °C optimal.
VOC
The VOC content of URKIPLAST is a maximum of 840 g/l in compliance with European regulation 2004/42/EC IIB(E) (840) <840 g/l.
