CAP. 04 / Industrial labor safety

Many people use chemicals everyday to do their work. Lots of production processes involve handling these chemicals and for many people this is part of their daily routine. If all the safety rules are followed at work there should be no health risks and no accidents. In most cases, working safely simply means following the instructions methodically. In this part of the guide we will highlight the preventative measures and the main safety guidelines that come from current legislation. These guidelines apply to workplaces where chemical products are stored or handled. This section of the guide brings together the basic safety procedures that we all need to follow to prevent accidents at work.
