ENVIAR CONSULTAPaint System developed for Commercial Vehicle , machinery in general and any other sector where a high resistance both to oxidation and open air, as well as a reduction in VOC is demanded.
F-296/2 Ultra High Solid Primer, formulated with an Epoxy resine and hardened with Polyamide with its high content of antirust pigment provides the system an excellent antirust protection. Suitable for wet on wet application after 20-30 minutes. The URKI-VOC Ultra High Solid topcoat offers excellent elasticity, body, gloss and outdoor resistance.
This system is compliant with the current legislation in the European Directive 2004/42/CE for Car Refinish. Also used as an alternative to conventional processes for the reduction of VOC emissions, in order to help fulfill the Directive 1999/13/CE. The system fulfills the requirements of the Test of Global Migration referred to the contact with food for the simulants B and D2 of Directive 85/522/CEE, based on Regulation 10/2011.

An independent approved Laboratory certifies that this System meets the requirements for category C4 High in accordance to ISO 12944-2 (Shotblasted Steel Sa 2½).

The system is certified by IANESCO (12/13612) and meets the limits of global migration for the simulants B and D2, that represent some non alcoholic, aqueous, acid and fatty food.
