PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1K Phosphated Primer with excellent adhesion on Steel. Previous testing reccommended on Alu and Galvanized.
Specially developed for quick processes, due to the quick drying and the wet on wet recoatability with most topcoats, in the machine tool industry, commercial vehicle and bodyshop works. Very good rust protection.
Up to 300 hours int he Salt Spray Test with PUR topcoats.
Dries with temperatures up to 160ºC. Weldable, does not produce toxic fumes.

Do not apply polyester putties on phosphochromatant primers in order to avoid drying and hardener problems.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be painted should be free from grease and rust. Degrease thoroughly and carefully prepare the surface.
When the surfaces are going to be exposed to all weather conditions for long periods of time, we recommend the application of two coats.
It may be repainted with URKI-POX, BESA-GLASS, URKI-NATO, URKI-PUR, BESA-PUR, URKI-TEXT, URKI-VOC.

STORAGE
Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
