PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"USE ONLY IN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES"
Frequently used in the commercial vehicle for touching up of the side edges; masking casting defects, painting of machinery, etc.
Easy texture regulation. Silky Matt Gloss.
APPLICATION
1st coat: 20" 2nd coat: max 10% FORD no 4 
URKISOL 500 1st coat: 70-75 % 2nd coat: 5-10 % 
50-75 my 
Touch Free 15' Tack Free 1 h.
Remark: The Spray Gun must be pressurised. For the first layer, dilute to 70-75 % in volume with URKISOL-300 or 500 to obtain a viscosity of 20" Cup Ford n.° 4 at 20°C.
For the second layer, dilute with a maximum of 5-10 %.
By modifying the viscosity of the paint, nozzle, air pressure, distance to object and application mode a variety of textures can be obtained.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The thoroughly degreased surfaces should first be primed with F-809, Anti-Rust Synthetic Primer.

STORAGE
Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
