PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"USE ONLY IN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES"
Designed for the protection of metallic surfaces exposed to environments with aggressive substances in the chemical industry, maritime zones, etc. It may go yellow with direct sun light.
It allows excellent mechanical properties, combining hardness and elasticity; because of its chemical nature it is very resistant to grease and oil, acids, thinner, alkaline and saline solutions. Great water-proofer.

For roller application on concrete floors we recommend the use of hardener E-316 (less sensitive to humidity) and thinner URKISOL-360 (max. 15-20 % volume).
Note: With temperature below 10°C and a relative humidity above 75 % there may be delays in the drying, as well as blooming (clouding).

SURFACE PREPARATION
-Steel: Deoxidized and degreased. Prime with F-282/2 2K Zinc-Phosphate Epoxy Primer. For quick drying processes use F-714 Shop Primer. In processes requiring high resistance to humidity or maritime environment, sand-blast and prime with F-284/2 2K Zinc-Rich Epoxy Primer.
-Galvanizing: Degrease. if old, brush and degrease. Prime with F-282/2 or F-286/2 2K Epoxy Shop-Primer.

STORAGE
Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
