PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"USE ONLY IN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES"
Painting of concrete floors, marking of working areas. Application by roller, brush or gravity gun.
Excellent mechanical properties, combinig hardness and elasticity; because of its chemical nature it shows a high resistance to grease and oil, acids, thinner, alkaline and salt solutions. Great waterproofer.
Also valid as final topcoat in industrial machinery protection systems thanks to the excellent physi-chemical properties of the film.

E-316 3,5:1 volume. 6:1 weight

1st coat: 25-30" 2nd coat: 55-65" 
URKISOL 360 1st coat: 15-20% 2nd coat: 10% 
URKISOL 357 1st coat: 10-20 % 
3 h. Tack Free 
8 h. (between the 1st and the 2nd coat)
Application by roler. Two or three coats depending on the surface condition.
By brush for small surfaces.
With gravity gun, add thinner as for the first coat (25-30” Urki-Sol 357) Remark: With temperatures below 10°C and a relative humidity above 75 % the drying process may be delayed and clouding may appear.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be painted must be dry, free of oils, greases, dust, etc. and not having been treated with antiadhesion products, quartz, etc.
Check if the floor is slightly porous in order to make easier the penetration of the first paint coat.
On steel surfaces, dried, free of oil, grease, powder ...

STORAGE

Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
