It presents a remarkable resistance to aggressive agents, hardness and resistant to scratching, a high elasticity, body and a pleasant Satin Finish.
Fire retardant (M1). Homologated according to UNE 23727-90. Tested according to UNE 23721-90. It is classified as F1 according to the norm NF F-16101 (previously primed with BESA-CAR).
URKI-NATO, in every gloss level (URKI-NATO or URKI-NATO SAT) is classified as R1,R9 according to the norm EN 45545 when it is applied onto F-294/2 or BESA-CAR.
URKI-NATO SAT with Textured finish and applied on BESA-CAR, is classified as R10 (Test of Critical sliding angle according to DIN 51130).
Leave the mixture settle 15 minutes before starting the application.
To use it as ANTIGRAFFITI, use ADITIVE 51 ANTIGRAFFITI instead of the recommended thinner. See Aditive Technical Data Sheet.
For a structure effect use TEXT STRUCTURE ADDITIVE GR3 or Corundum. See additive Technical Data Sheet.

-Steel: Deoxidized and degreased. Prime with F-714 SHOP-PRIMER. If an enhanced rust inhibitor process is required, prime with F-282/2 2 K Zinc Phosphate Epoxy Primer.
-Galvanized: Degreased. if it is old, brush and degrease. Prime with F-282/2 or F-286/2 2 K Epoxy SHOP-PRIMER. before finishing with URKI-NATO SAT.
-Aluminium: As for galvanized.

Mixing (weight) with U-Nato Converter or F-755 universal Matcher, a higher gloss range or a lower gloss range can be obtained.
To achieve the degree of gloss as indicated in the table make sure all products are correctly mixed.

The values shown in the table are for guidance only.
The indicted degree of gloss are achieved with the above mentioned thicknesses (35-45 my).
Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
