PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"USE ONLY IN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES"
This paint is designed for the painting of machinery, industrial vehicles, structures and tanks, for indoor and outdoor use.
Excellent qualities with regards to hardness, elasticity, resistance to abrasion and aggresive agents (water, detergents, petrol, grease, lubricants, including under heat exposure, chemical products, etc).
Fire-retardant (M1)- Homologated according to UNE 23727-90. Tested according to UNE 23721-90. It is classified as F1 according to the norm NF F-16101 (previously primed with BESA-CAR).
URKI-NATO, in every gloss level (URKI-NATO or URKI-NATO SAT) is classified as R1,R9 according to the norm EN 45545 when it is applied onto F-294/2 or BESA-CAR.
URKI-NATO in its satin and structured version and applied on BESA-CAR, is classified as R10 (Test of Critical sliding angle according to DIN 51130).
F-29 + URKI-NATO on shotblasted steel Sa 2 1⁄2 complies with C3 HIGH. ALFAZINC 1674 EZ + F-294/2 + URKI-NATO on shotblasted steel Sa 2 ½ complies with C5 I High and ALFA-POX 1690 + URKI-NATO complies with C5-I (shotblasted Steel Sa 2 ½).
All processes are certified in accordance to ISO 12944 by an approved independent Laboratory.

Hardener: E-277 (aromatic, interiors) E-225 (aliphatic, exteriors).
Electrostatic applicatio: With equipment working with high resistivity, dilute with Thinner URKISOL 222; for equipment with a low resistivity use Thinner URKISOL 224. Hardener E-225 can only be applied with equipment with low resistivity, diluting it with URKISOL 222. It is recommended to leave the diluted mixture settle for about 15 minutes before starting the application.
To use it as ANTIGRAFFITI, use ADDITIVE 51 ANTIGRAFFITI instead of the recommended thinner. See Additive Technical Data Sheet.

SURFACE PREPARATION
-Steel: Carefully degrease and prime with F-714 SHOP-PRIMER. For a better rust protection, prime with F-282/2 2K Zinc-Phosphate Epoxy Primer.
-Galvanized: Degrease. If old, brush and degrease. Prime with F-282/2 or F-286/2 2K Epoxy SHOP-PRIMER.
-Aluminium: As for galvanized.

| Second layer | 18 hours (after this time, degrease). If the product is used as Antigraffiti, it needs to be sanded and degreased. |
Mixing (weight) with U-NATO SAT Converter, an intermediate gloss range can be obtained.
To achieve the degree of gloss as indicated in the table make sure all products are correctly mixed.

The values shown in the table are for guidance only.
The indicted degree of gloss are achieved with the above mentioned thicknesses (35-45 my).
STORAGE
Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
