Epoxy resin primer hardened with polyamide and a high percentage zinc phosphate pigmentation. It provides an excellent anti-rust protection.
Suitable for high resistance processes in 2K systems.

Painting of machine tools, machines for paper pulp, metallic structures, etc. Excellent adhesion on steel, aluminium and galvanized.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Deoxidising and manual degreasing of the surface: previous sand-blasting Sa 2,5 is recommendable.
In order to apply the product correctly the temperature should exceed 10°C and relative humidity should be below 75%. Oven drying is possible at 80-100°C for 15-30 min.
It can be repainted with URKI-POX, URKI-NATO, URKI-VOC, BESA-GLASS or URKI-GLASS.

APPLICATION MODE

Airless spray gun: Max. 5 % vol. of URKISOL 357, in two crossed coats. We advice to use hardenered E-316 under low temperatures and high humidity.

STORAGE
