Epoxy-Polyamide Primer formulated with anticorrosion pigments. Due to its high solid contents, 65 % in vol. more than 200 my can be achieved on each coat. Recommended for metallic structures, machinery, equipments and for processes demanding a high anticorrosion power. Also used as an alternative to conventional products in order to reduce VOC emissions in facilities and fulfill the European Directive 1993/13/CE.
It can also be applied as an intermediate coat in processes Zinc-Rich Epoxy Primer / Intermediate coat / PU Topcoat with high marine and industrial resistance.
With an Airless spray gun and 0,4-0,6mm, nozzle 200µm layers can be achieved, maximum dilution of 2%.
Aerographical spray gun: 1,8-2,0mm nozzle.
Brush application: only for small surfaces for touching up.
In order to improve drying time and hardening, use A-90002 accelerator (1-2 % of the mixture).

-Aluminium: Previously degreased. On fine surfaces sand previously.
Recoatable with Enamel URKI-POX, URKI-NATO, URKI-GLASS, BESA-GLASS, BESA-PUR, URKI-NATO/C, ALFAPUR 3748. In Low Voc systems recoatable with URKI-VOC or ALFAPUR 3790.
Do not paint if temperature is below 10°C and relative humidity above 75 %.

Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
