BESA-WET Wet on Wet Filler
DESCRIPTION
2K primer filler formulated for the painting of new parts or surfaces that do not present excessive unevenness. It allows a wet on wet refinish by recoating it 15-20 minutes after, without the need of sanding, improving productivity in the workshop by shortening the working time.
The product is designed to be applied on new panels with cataphoresis (even without previous sanding), scratches or small bodywork damage. In larger repaired areas, it can be used as a sealant and integrator.
Easy to apply, its satin and smooth appearance allows to detect small imperfections before the topcoat is applied.
It presents good adhesion on supports with cataphoresis, steel, galvanised surfaces, degreased electrozinc, aluminium and a great variety of plastics.

Recommended process for painting new parts and repairs where the surface is not too uneven.
Respect the drying time and thickness indicated in order to prevent delays in the process and sinkage or wastage in the finishes. Obtaining a smooth and even surface will help to achieve a final finish with excellent extensibility and gloss.
SURFACE PREPARATION
It has good adhesion on steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces, electrozinc, cataphoresis, GRP, PP-EPDM, ABS, PVC, PA, MA, SMC, NORYL, PC, as well as on polyester putties from the BESA range after sanding them.
Before starting repairing work, we recommend to sand, clean and degrease correctly with SD-7 10 or URASOL 8905 degreasers.
Recoatable, wet on wet, with 2K topcoats and two-coat systems.
The use of fillers is not recommended for repairs on thermoplastic acrylic enamels.

Keep in a tightly covered container, in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Temperature above 5°C is recommended, between 15 and 30°C optimal.

The VOC content of BESAWET is a maximum of 540 g/l in compliance with European standard 2004/42/CE IIB(C) (540) <540 g/l.
