Primer of acrylic nature for the retouching and repair of damages in galvanised parts, welding joints, structural steel etc. that must be matched in their colour shade. It is used in sectors such as automotive, metal components, DIY, fences, metal doors, etc.
It gives surfaces an appearance similar to hot zinc plating.

Shake the can for about 2-3 minutes before using the Cold Galvanised Zinc-Alu Spray.
Apply 2-3 thin coats leaving 5 - 10 min. between coats.
After use, invert the can and clean the cap.
It can be recoated within the first 12 hours after drying.
Metal supports must be derusted, degreased and dry. If corrosion is present, it must be removed with a wire brush or by sanding.
It can also be applied to pre-sanded aluminium.
The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is recommended during application, to prevent the irritation of the respiratory tract, skin and eyes. For professional use only.
Keep in a tightly covered container, in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Temperature above 5 °C is recommended, between 15 and 30 °C optimal.
CAUTION: Under no circumstances should the packaging exceed 50 °C.
The VOC content of URKIZINC Spray is a maximum of 840 g/l in compliance with European regulation 2004/42/EC IIB(E) (840) <840 g/l.
