F-29 Q/D Phosphate Primer
DESCRIPTION
Quick drying anti-oxydant synthetic primer, high filling power, smooth and silky finish, hard, flexible, good adhesion and recoatable.
Suitable for touch-up in boilermaking sector, industrial vehicle, agricultural machinery, metallic structure, etc.
VOC content lower than 840 g/l (2004/42/CE) IIB (E).
APPLICATION
Painting range 20-30 cm 
30-40 my 
5-10 min. 
Dry 30 min.
Shake the can during 2-3 minutes before using Spray F-29.
Apply in 2-3 layers, leaving 5-10 min. in between layers.
Having used the spray, turn it upside down and press in order to clear the nozzle.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface (steel and iron) must be rust free, degreased and dry.
On old paints, sand previously with 360-400.
Recoatable with 1k y 2k topcoats.

STORAGE
Keep in a tightly covered container, in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Temperature above 5 °C is recommended, between 15 and 30 °C optimal.
CAUTION: Under no circumstances should the packaging exceed 50 °C.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
