Polyester putty formulated with a special metallic pigment composition that provides it with smooth consistency.
Unlike conventional fillers it hardly contracts due to its low density. It stands out for its hardness, great resistance to high temperature, abrasion, certain oils, acids, and flexibility to absorb vibrations and movements in the reparation process. Must be sanded when it’s dry with fiber or coarse-grained paper discs due to its hardness.
It has been conceived for bodywork such as door corners and wheel arches filling, particularly in older vehicles, smoothing or filling PU panels when it is not possible to use conventional putties due to their contraction, for filling deep gaskets in difficult areas where tinning
process is not possible, repair of rust holes, around the fuel tank nozzles, exterior mirrors and entrance areas, filling of slight dents and scratches on plastic bumpers as well as most parts plastic parts from automobiles.
The use of an electronic scale is recommended. Mix homogeneously to avoid the formation of air bubbles.

Spatula Number of coats Total thickness | Avoid air bubble formation during its application. 1-3 coats 1000-3000 μm
Drying Time 20°C IR Medium wave | 30’ 5’
Sanding | P80-P150 |
Application: By spatula.
The hardener mixture can be carried out on the same spatula, homogenizing it well before applying.
When a deep filling is required, apply several layers, letting them dry at each time during the process. Sanding at each stage is recommended in order to obtain better adhesion between the coats.
The surface to be repaired must be free of rust and grease, for which we recommend previous sanding (P80-P120). Good adherence is achieved on wood and previously sanded GRP.
Do not use this putty on wash-primer or phosphochromatic primers. If the original finish is thermoplastic acrylic, bare metal must be reached.
For greater substrate protection, it is recommended to coat first with a primer from BESA’s product line such as F-286/2.
Recoatable with any PUR or Epoxy finish once sealed preferably with 2K filler from the BESA product line.
